To cancel an order, call us at (513) 805-7260 as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before the kitchen starts preparing your food receive a full refund. Once preparation has begun, we can no longer cancel the order.

If anything is wrong with your order — a missing item, an incorrect dish, or a quality problem — contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund of the affected items.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Pickup orders are prepared at 4623 Dixie Hwy, Fairfield, OH 45014. We’ll have your order ready at the counter — just give the name on the order.

If delivery is offered at checkout, any delivery fee and estimated time are shown before you pay.

All online payments are processed securely by Stripe and go directly to Hot 'N Spicy Restaurant & Bar — the restaurant is the seller of record for your order. Your card details travel to Stripe over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your card number. Prices are shown in USD with an itemized subtotal, any fees, applicable sales tax, and your tip (tips go 100% to the restaurant) before you confirm payment.

We collect only what’s needed to fulfill your order: your name, phone number, and email. We use this information to prepare your order and update you about it. We don’t sell your information or use it for third-party advertising. This storefront runs on the GoldenDoko platform, which processes order data on the restaurant’s behalf.
